The National Economic Outlook

Mr. Wilson was appointed Financial Secretary on January 1, 2016. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree (Hons.) in Economics from the University of the West Indies and a Master’s degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Mr. Wilson has over 30 years of experience in the Ministry of Finance having served in various capacities including Deputy Financial Secretary and Head of the Economics Unit.
